Convenient location near Otsuka station, friendly staff, clean rooms with all necessary facilities. The baths were amazing and recently renovated. Despite some minor issues mentioned in other reviews, the overall experience was pleasant.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with prices that were very reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided in the room were fantastic. One of the highlights was the amazing top floor onsen, which was such a relaxing experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being very close to the Otsuka JR train station and right near a few 24hr convenience stores.
All was ok, I couldn't find any faults during my stay.

Convenient location near Otsuka station and 24hr convenience stores. Excellent top floor onsen. Clean room with all necessary facilities, including a nice sized bathtub. Discounted price for stays over 3 nights. Quick check-in, bustling reception. Close to train station and one stop from Ikebukuro. Yamanote line provides easy access to various destinations. Daily fresh amenities provided.

This hotel was a great find! We loved the convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the JR station, making it super easy to get around this city. Plus, there were a few 24hr convenience stores nearby for any late-night cravings. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were excellent.

This hotel is incredibly convenient with its location right next to the JR station. It's also just a few steps away from several 24hr convenience stores, making it easy to grab a quick bite or any necessities. The rooms are well-designed and spacious, with all the necessary facilities like a kettle, bottled water, and toiletries. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent.
The breakfast area tends to get crowded and lacks sufficient seating for all the guests.
